As part of the Dixcart Hotel we have stunning spaces for your exclusive event, relax in the knowledge that our experienced team are planning the event of your dreams. A one off event in a single space or a multiday event using a range of spaces we can accommodate your needs in our luxurious surroundings.
Our packages include a personally tailored event management service from the Hugo’s events team. We can provide bespoke menus as spectacular as our surroundings, to meet all your needs ideally using our fantastic local ingredients. Complimentary printed menus and place cards can be provided. We understand that some events require bespoke production, services such as floristry & entertainment can be sourced from our list of approved industry professionals
The Ball Room
Ideal for larger events in a formal setting, the ballroom with its impressive chandelier, all around views of the garden and valley can seat up to 100 people on 10 round tables.
The Conservatory Gallery
The long gallery and Conservatory are great spaces for more informal drinks and canapés. The bar will be exclusively for your event and guests.
