Dixcart Bay has the easiest access to the island, a gentle sloping path through a wooded valley leads to Hugos Bar and Bistro. It is recommended to approach on a bearing of 340°T on Pt Chateau (locally known as the Hogs Back) then bear to port for Dixcart Bay. You will find good holding on a sandy seabed and protection from Westerlies, North Westerlies through to Northerlies and North Easterlies.
